Terms of Service

LIVORIQ offers online self-assessment tests — currently intelligence, personality and English — scored automatically, with results saved to your account. The service is currently free.

The tests are for self-insight and education only. They are not a medical, psychological or clinical diagnosis, not a professional or educational qualification, and not a certificate. Scores use provisional norms and can be affected by factors such as tiredness or distraction. Do not rely on a result for any important decision; consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Provide a valid email address and accurate information, keep your login details secure, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create one.

Do not attempt to break security or access other users' data, scrape or overload the service, copy or redistribute our test content, or use the service unlawfully or abusively. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

If you opt in to the public IQ leaderboard, your display name and best score are shown publicly. Choose a display name you are comfortable showing that does not impersonate anyone or contain offensive content. You can opt out at any time.

The LIVORIQ name, design and original content are ours. Some tests use openly-licensed third-party instruments, credited on the relevant result pages (for example MaRs-IB under CC BY-NC and OEJTS under CC BY-NC-SA); those remain under their own licences. Your own results belong to you.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and update these Terms, as the service develops; material changes take effect when posted with an updated date.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on your results. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law.

These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of residence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence.
